DOESN'T it make you MAD--- Destruction of US Space Capabilities?

The USA had the premier space capabilities in the shuttle fleet!
Now & in the next several years, even if cots is perfect ( likely won't be), we will not approach shuttle cap.--- the USA must maintain at least the 2011 shuttle cap.
So, we have a situation where the USA will replaced by China --- A tragic situation!
